Last night, I attended MelbDjango meetup. Luckily, I had the chance to attend. The first MelbDjango meetup I attended was held at Collingwood. Last night, they changed the venue to South Melbourne.
Curtis is one of the core Django developer. Wow! He teaches the MelbDjango school.
The second speaker presented “Real Time in Django”. Cool! What I like the most is when he modified via Django admin interface on one browser, and opened another browser. Let these two browsers side-by-side, and showed the real time.
If you are curious, you can find me on that photo. I was also taking shot.
BTW, I was surprised when I arrived. I didn’t imagine that there were so many attendees. I also met Eric, whom I met before at MelbDjango hack weekend.
The fourth speaker was talking about security in Django. What, security? This sounds very familiar. This talk merely about high level security. Like checking server certificate.
Actually there’s the fifth speaker but I can’t find his picture at MelbDjango twitter account.
